Welcome to AmruHub ("we," "our," or "us"). This Shipping & Order Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at AmruHub.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product supplier:

  • Canada: 1–5 business days
  • United States: 5 –7 business days
  • International Orders: 10 –15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, AmruHub may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Most orders include tracking information. Once available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country's authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Incorrect shipping information

AmruHub is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already been shipped, AmruHub cannot guarantee successful delivery or provide a refund for lost packages resulting from incorrect information.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible, but AmruHub cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, products may arrive separately due to different supplier locations and inventory availability.
